I never use to drink coffee. It wasn't until after I had my son, Grant (G) at 42, that I woke up "needing" caffeine. Not sure what happened inside me to change that, but when I say need I mean need. Healthy Homemade Creamer
2 cups non-dairy milk (coconut, hemp, pea, almond, cashew, your choice!)
2 pitted dates - a rich source of fiber that helps regulate blood sugar and blood cholesterol
PURE Vanilla extract to your liking ( just a splash) maybe 1/2 to 1 tsp on average.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon - a superfood known to help lower blood sugar
1/8 teaspoon turmeric (optional) - another superfood known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.
